The incumbent is responsible for the development of software applications. The role will include requirement gathering and analysis, development plan and implementation, full ownership performance, managing timely and quality delivery and troubleshooting development issues.Principle Accountabilities
Interact with customer to understand the requirement and gain understanding of requirements
Analyze requirement and develop Application Requirement Definition (ARD), Architecture Design Documents (ADD) etc. for the projects
Develop project phases, timelines, resource requirement, technical specifications and key milestones
Design, code and test Desktop Windows and web applications
Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement
Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects
Prepare technical documentation for software projects
