Sourcing the profiles : Job Portal, Referencing, Cold Calling, Poaching, Head hunting, etc.
Taking initial HR round of interview.
Salary Negotiation & Conducting Reference check of the selected candidates.
Follow up with the candidates.Joining formalities
Should be comfortable with night shifts .
Qualification : Any Graduate/MBA/Diploma
Experience - 6 months
Preferred male candidates
Excellent communication skills.
Committed to work.Leadership quality.
Planning and Organizing.
Flexible/Adaptable.
Salary : As per industry norms
Interview Timings: 4:00 Pm to 8:00 Pm.
Days - Monday to Saturday
