Devising new and innovative business development plans and strategies.
Generating new business from online bidding portals like Elance, GURU, ODESK Etc.
Interacting with the Clients for their technical requirements
Proposal writing/ Costing/ Negotiations, follow up, Cold Calling.
Co-ordination with the Team & Management.
Achieving Business Targets.
Direct and online marketing of web based software applications
Strong Analytical, technical, Sales & Marketing fundamentals along with good sales negotiation skills
Writing proposals, RFP, RFI responses for prospects and clients & close deals
Should preferably be from a technical background (IT Industry), Knowledge of Popular Web Technologies used in Web Design & Web Application Development
Should be able to manage & coordinate information within the team in order to arrive at accurate bid
Should have good written and oral communication skills
Meeting targets of the team and responsible for the performance of the team.
Conduct knowledge sharing session with the team once a week.
Guide , mentor and give on the job training to the juniors.
Prepare the monthly target report and performance evaluation report of the team. Suggest methods to improve the performance of the team
Resource planning on monthly bases.
Check the quality of bids made by the team members
Devise the Tone of Voice Strategy.
Client Interaction related to their projects through mail, skype or different online portals.
Coordinate with designers and developers regarding the project status & collect all the information.
Work as bridge between developers & client.
Knowledge of Programming Languages (PHP, HTML, CSS).
Excellent communication skills and decision making skills.
Academic should be in IT or CS stream
Experience should be in IT Company or technical profile.
