Diet Insight - Weight loss and nutrition clinic in Chandigarh is independently owned and operated by Dt Lavleen Kaur. After finishing her master degree in Food and Nutrition, she completed her internship at Inscol hospital as a dietitian. Then she worked as an assistant nutritionist at PGIMER Chandigarh. She also holds a post graduate diploma in Health and Family Welfare and which is why she has brought in her extensive knowledge and experience with dealing family day-to-day health problems like Diabetes, high/low BP, etc.
Dietician Lavleen says "It has always been my dream to create and promote good health and fitness through good food. While I do occasionally like eating junk food but I am able to balance that properly with nutritious food. My aim is to guide, educate and motivate my patients about how healthy eating can contribute in bringing health, wealth and happiness together in their lifestyle.
