Generating new business from online bidding portals like Elance, GURU, ODESK Etc
Must be Excellent in Proposal writing/ Costing/ Negotiations, follow up, Cold Calling
To Manage entire Bid Process in order to ensure adherence to the Procedure and Clients Specifications.
To Manage & Coordinate information within the team in order to arrive at accurate bid.
To manage competency and efficiency of bid in order to achieve competitive price and improve profit margins.
Candidate must be Target Oriented as this job includes huge variable component.
